My team and I supported many facets of Onboarding including launching an intitiative to warmly welcome all New Hires with a 'moment of delight' delivered right to their door prior to their first day. I created and hosted engageMH: The Power of Mixing Podcast, Moët Hennessy’s first-ever portfolio podcast, designed to educate, inspire, and connect industry professionals. Through dynamic storytelling and expert interviews, the show brought the world of luxury wines and spirits to life, earning a spot in the top 25% of podcasts globally.
At Moët Hennessy, my team and I developed comprehensive Brand, Portfolio, and Category Training programs, tailored specifically for our 4,000+ distributor partners to deepen expertise and drive sales performance. On average, I facilitated 180+ training session annually.

I had the privilege of playing a key role in Moët Hennessy’s most dynamic conferences, bringing big ideas, creative engagement, and unforgettable experiences to life. From ideation and content development to high-energy facilitation, I designed and delivered immersive sessions that inspired, educated, and captivated audiences. Whether crafting surprising interactive moments, driving meaningful discussions, or elevating brand storytelling, I didn’t just support conferences—I transformed them into powerful, business-driving experiences.
When Moët Hennessy decided to relocate their corporate offices from Chelsea to the Financial District, I joined the Office Design Team to lead the evolution and elevation of the new spaces. The design process was democratized and my input was considered for all decisions ranging from meetings spaces, design, decor, flow, names, and more.
During my tenure, I led Tasteful Thursdays, an experiential lunch-and-learn series designed to deepen knowledge and engagement with the company portfolio and the world of wines and spirits. These interactive sessions covered everything from brand 101s and mixology to wine and spirits fundamentals and more, creating an immersive learning environment for internal MH teams and LVMH sister brands alike . By blending education with hands-on experiences, Tasteful Thursdays became a go-to resource for fostering expertise, sparking curiosity, and elevating brand storytelling.
Beyond education and sales enablement, I played a key role in cultivating Moët Hennessy’s company culture, serving as a lead for holiday parties, MH Mixers, and employee engagement initiatives. By creating memorable experiences that fostered connection, celebration, and collaboration, I helped strengthen internal culture and bring teams together in meaningful ways.
